The common thread throughout her career has been to enable the highest potential in people, teams, and organizations. She has been coaching since 2013 and is trained and certified (CPCC: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) by the Coaches Training Institute – the world’s largest coach training school accredited by the International Coach Federation. She also completed the Co-Active Executive Coaching course with the Coaches Training Institute. Cindy also holds the designation of Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.
Her formal education was founded in solid Human Resources foundations through the completion of her undergraduate and graduate studies at two of Canada’s most prestigious institutions – Organization Psychology Honours degree at Western University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations/HR at Queen’s University.
Her combined competence in coaching and human resources management is a unique advantage. It provides her with a strong understanding of what it takes as a Professional Coach and HR consultant to empower organizations to thrive through their talented workforce. Most recently, under Cindy’s leadership, her combined strengths in Human Resources and Coaching led Boeing Vancouver to become one of British Columbia’s Top Employers. It was her vision, drive and passion to instill a progressive, coaching culture that enabled her team to elevate this organization as a serious contender in a record period of time.
