Cindy Theriault has been in the business of people and organizational performance for over 25 years. Through her work as a Professional Certified Coach and Senior Human Resources Consultant, she coaches people and organizations to their peak performance while also leading and driving HR strategy and best-in-class people programs.

 

The common thread throughout Cindy’s career has been to enable the highest potential in people, teams, and organizations.

 

She is passionate about people and organizational dynamics – the development and performance of people and teams, the execution of business strategies through people, organizational culture and the ways in which we can motivate people. She founded CRT Coaching to live out this passion and employ professional coaching and HR solutions that are both effective and scalable.

 

Cindy’s combined expertise in Coaching and Human Resources management is a unique advantage to her clients. They benefit from her strong understanding of what it takes to empower organizations to thrive through their talented workforce. Cindy has worked within senior levels of organizations, successfully leading Human Resources divisions at DuPont, Johnson Controls and The Boeing Company.

 

Cindy empowers leaders to take the bold actions necessary to accelerate their desired professional success by expertly drawing out their potential even when they cannot see the full capacity of their own unique talents and abilities. She believes that we each carry the potential to overcome challenges that prevent us from reaching our peak performance, and that when we work with capable coaches to transform ourselves, we strengthen the resilience we need to surpass our career goals.

 

Cindy is known for wearing her passion for excellence, her genuine care for her clients and people’s performance on her sleeve. Her business colleagues and clients will tell you that she is professional, warm, approachable, builds trust easily, laughs out loud a lot, expresses her opinions and does not shy away from meaningful, break-through conversations that are always in service of her clients.

Cindy’s formal education includes an honours degree in Organizational Psychology from Western University and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations/HR from Queen’s University.

 

She also holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute – the world’s largest coach training school accredited by the International Coach Federation. She also completed the Co-Active Executive Coaching course with the Coaches Training Institute, and is a designated Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.

 

Cindy is fluently bilingual in French and English.
