Through her work as a Professional Certified Coach and Senior Human Resources Consultant, she coaches people and organizations to their peak performance while also leading and driving HR strategy and best-in-class people programs.
The common thread throughout Cindy’s career has been to enable the highest potential in people, teams, and organizations.
She is passionate about people and organizational dynamics – the development and performance of people and teams, the execution of business strategies through people, organizational culture and the ways in which we can motivate people. She founded CRT Coaching to live out this passion and employ professional coaching and HR solutions that are both effective and scalable.

Cindy has worked within senior levels of organizations, successfully leading Human Resources divisions at DuPont, Johnson Controls and The Boeing Company.
